RECRUIT: is the probationary rank of the guild. These are newcomers that are still under much scrutiny and acceptance consideration. They have no
guild bank access, cannot have alts in the guild, and if they are not placed / accepted into a squad within 30 days of invite, they will automatically be
removed from the guild.
ALT: alternate characters to Soldiers and above. There is no limit to the number of alts you may have in the guild. Alternates have very limited guild bank access.
SOLDIER: full member to The Circle of Elders. Most members will maintain Soldier rank throughout their entire membership to COE. They have limited guild bank access and may maintain alts in the guild.
SERGEANT: veteran member to The Circle of Elders that has shown great interest in helping run the guild. Sergeants are considered officers in the sense they may attend officer meetings and voice their opinion, but they do not have recruitment ability like other officers.
CAPTAIN: this rank consists of all players considered officers. They have full GM aproval to add and remove players from the guild depending on current recruitment policy (to slow down recruitment, on occasion, officers will lose invite ability). When the GM's and Assist GM's are not available, they make individual (or group decisions if more than one Captain is present) to determine the outcome of any situation that needs a ruling from senior leadership.
ALT+: this rank of Alt allows high ranking officers to maintain guild control while on alternate characters. Purely a matter of convenience, this rank may be removed in the future if the need arises for a more defined senior leadership structure.
VICE GM: Serve as GM in the absence of the GM. They have full authority to make decisions for the guild based upon guidance / thoughts from the other officers. CO GM's typically have more seniority with the guild than Captains and have maintained an interest in guild politics for a longer duration.
GM: Og / Rick is the GM for The Circle of Elders. He likes pizza... killing horde... and maintaining a guild actively populated by likeable and mature players.
